关于做好预防今年第8号台风“玛莉亚”的通知

根据气象部门预报，今年第8号台风“玛莉亚（16级，超强台风）”预计将于11日凌晨掠过台湾岛北部，并于11日上午在福建福清到福鼎沿海一带登陆，厦门市已经进入24小时警戒区，今明预计有大风暴雨。

请同学们：

1、在台风经过期间避免外出，注意安全；

2、将阳台悬挂衣物、盆栽及其他杂物转移至地处安全位置，并确认门窗是否有损坏或关不紧现象，如有损坏，请拨打2886115报修；

3、请储存一些备用食物和饮用水，以防范台风期间断水断电。

4、请同学们将自行车有序地停放在安全地点，如地下车库。

Notice for the Incoming Typhoon

According to weather forecast, the No.8 Typhoon Maria（16 grade, super typhoon）will impact Xiamen from July 10th to 12th, 2018. Xiamen has entered the 24-hour warning zone, and there will be heavy storms today or tomorrow.

Please do the preparations：

1. Avoid going out during the typhoon and pay attention to safety;

2. Move the hanging clothes, potted plants and other sundries from the balcony to a safe place. Make sure the doors and windows are not damaged and closed. If they are damaged, please call 2886115 for help.

3. Please store some spare food and drinking water to prevent water and electricity from being cut off during typhoon.

4. Park your bicycles in a safe place, such as the underground garage.
