各位同学：

今年国庆节放假时间为10月1日－10月7日。为保证一个欢乐祥和、安全有序的假期，按照学校有关学生安全教育管理的规定，现将有关事项通知如下：

一、保证安全出行

安全重于一切，请在假期自觉遵守校纪校规；禁止下海、湖、河、江等地方游泳；注意饮食卫生，不酗酒滋事、不晚归、不留宿外来人员；不在宿舍内使用电炉、热得快、电热杯等用具，严防火灾、盗窃、诈骗等各类事故发生。外出时，注意交通安全、人身与财产安全；不坐“黑车”，不到未经开发的偏、远、险、陡的地方游玩等。

Please obey the university rules during holiday: swimming in the sea, lake and river is strictly forbidden; Pay attention to food safety. Do not drink excessively and cause trouble. Avoid staying out late. Do not keep guest overnight; Do not use electric stove and electric cup, etc. Take strict precautions against fire, steal and defraudation; Pay attention to the safety of yourself and your assets; Do not take illegal taxis. Do not travel to undeveloped and dangerous places.

二、执行请销假制度

假期外出请执行请假销假登记备案，登记内容包括去向、乘坐交通工具、离校和返校时间、联系方式等。离校期间请保持联络畅通，同时强化外自我保护意识，注意人身、财物和交通等安全。假期结束后，请及时返校。

Those who plan to leave the campus during holiday, please report the following information to us: your destination, transportation vehicles, time to leave and back, contact information. Please keep your phone on during the holiday and pay special attention to your safety. After the holiday, please back to school without delay.

三、留校学生安全管理

留校学生要严格遵守学校纪律，不违规用火用电，临时外出需向学院报告。留校期间，请尽量不要晚归，学生宿舍不得出租出借，不得留宿他人。

Those who stay on campus should obey the university rules: do not illegally use fire or electricity; report to the college if you need to leave the campus temporarily; avoid staying out late and do not keep guest overnight.

四、积极参与文体活动

留校学生应合理安排假期生活，多离开宿舍参与积极、健康有益的文体活动，避免出现上网过度疲劳等现象。9月30日至10月4日，一期（竞丰）食堂广场将连放5晚电影（电影节目详见海报），请积极参与。

Please participate in some positive and healthy activities, and avoid Internet addiction. From Sep 30 to Oct 4, free films will be available in Jingfeng Dining Hall.

五、严格执行值班制度

假期值班的学生工作干部务必坚守工作岗位，保持24小时通讯畅通，并不定时巡查校园和本学院（研究院、教学部）学生宿舍，及时把握学生动向。一旦出现意外情况或紧急情况，要在第一时间赶到现场处置，并同时报学生处（0592－2186248）；翔安校区同时报校区管委会总值班室（0592－2886110）。
