After negotiation between OEC and Luxur, the Luxur apartments building adjusted their room price by discount of 300RMB/month. Meanwhile, they change its name to Xiamen Office Building for Nan County of Hunan Province.

Now their prices are:
Single room: 1000RMB/month/room
Double room: 1300RMB/month/room

The cost of water, cable TV, bedclothes, management and public cleaning are included, except water fee.
