XMU ranks in top 3 most popular scenic spots in Xiamen during Golden Week

According to statistics revealed by Xiamen University, the Siming Campus welcomed more than 130,000 tourists during the National Day Holiday.

The average daily tourist flow reached 22,000 people from October 1 to October 5, with its peak volume exceeding 22,000 visitors on October 4.

With a total area of 2,500 mu, the Siming Campus of Xiamen University is much smaller than Gulangyu Island but is a big attraction for tourists to Xiamen. According to the statistics released, Xiamen University ranked 2nd most popular scenic spot in Xiamen during the National Day Holiday, listed only behind Gulangyu Island.
