If you want to prepare a heart-touching Thanksgiving feast yourself at home with ingredients you can’t miss out on, then you can consider the reservation service for turkeys offered by Xiamen’s Tastylife stores.
Two out of the supermarket’s five stores will offer the service-the Binbei store and the Xinlongcheng store.
The two stores have begun receiving on-site reservations for turkeys which can’t be reserved until December 15th (telephone booking and online reservations are not available).
Customers can make the on-site reservation with a 200 RMB cash deposit at any of the stores, and the customers will be informed via telephone call when the turkeys arrive and are ready to be picked up. The cash deposit won’t be returned if the customers fail to take the turkey within the designated period.
The turkeys will be sold at RMB 59 per kilogram at the stores, but customers who make reservation can enjoy a discount of RMB 10 off per kilogram.
