On February 20, the Confucius Institute at the University of the Philippines (CIUP) and the Bureau of Immigration (BI) co-hosted a vibrant 2026 Year of the Horse celebration in Clark. Themed “Forward Together, in Prosperity,” the event featured captivating Tai Chi and Baduanjin performances alongside immersive cultural booths for calligraphy and Hanfu. The celebration underscored the enduring partnership between CIUP and the BI, highlighted by their customized Chinese language training programs, deepening cultural exchange and friendship between the two nations in a festive atmosphere.
