On the afternoon of March 6, the 2026 Spring Semester Opening Ceremony for International Students of the College was successfully held at Kunluan Building, Xiang'an Campus. A total of 119 new international students from 26 countries attended the event. Before the ceremony, student representatives from various countries sang a song to welcome the new students.

Dean Chen Zhiwei delivered a welcome speech, introducing the development of the university and the college, as well as the cultural exchange activities for this semester. Representatives of current students and new students from Indonesia, Thailand and Turkmenistan spoke one after another, sharing their study experiences and expressing gratitude to the university and the Nai Yuan Fund.

After the ceremony, Police Officer Su Yiqiang from Xiamen Exit-Entry Administration gave a lecture on foreign-related laws and regulations for the new students. He explained the relevant rules on residence, registration and document replacement, and reminded the students to strengthen their legal and safety awareness.
