On February 10th, Confucius Institute at the University of the Philippines attended the Chinese Embassy's Spring Festival Reception, joined by Ambassador Jing Quan and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos. Filipino Director Dr. Lourdes Tanhueco-Nepomuceno invited the Ambassador to visit the university, receiving his commendation for the Institute's vital role in educational exchange.
