On December 12, 2025, the Center for Chinese Language and Culture at Delaware State University hosted its 29th academic lecture. Associate Professor Zeng Zhini from the University of Mississippi spoke on “Design and Implementation of Summative and Formative Assessments under the Performed Culture Approach.” Hosted by Professor Fang Huanghai, the virtual event attracted global educators and featured in-depth discussions on testing strategies in language teaching.
