Oyster omelette (Haili Jian)

Oyster omelette is a Chinese dish originating in Fujian which is popular around the world. Small oysters are added to a batter made of eggs and potato starch, and fried in pork lard.

Fried Ngo hiang (Zha Wuxiang)

Fried Ngo hiang is a roll consisting of minced pork and fish seasoned with five-spice powder, placed on bean curd skin, rolled and then deep-fried. It is often served with chili sauce and Shaoxing wine.
