Three fairs will be held at Xiamen’s International Conference & Exhibition Center (XICEC) in Fujian province from Oct 15 to 19, which include the 9th China Xiamen Intl Buddhist Items & Crafts Fair, 2014 China Tea Fair and the 6th China Xiamen International Vegetarian Food Fair.
The fairs, with a total area of 12.5 hectares and 6,800 international standard booths, will bring XICEC many attractions. A Buddhist painting and calligraphy exhibition and a Zen culture forum will appear in the Buddhist Items & Crafts Fair, and the tea fair will include tea art performances, a tea business round table conference, and a tea package design forum.
Xiamen Intl Buddhist Items & Crafts Fair
The fair, covering 9 hectares with 5,000 booths, is honored as the first international Buddhist items fair.
More than 1,000 enterprises from 20 countries and regions are scheduled to attend the fair, including 350 Taiwan enterprises and a South Korean exhibitor group. Tourists can buy local characteristic Buddhist crafts and traditional cultural crafts in the South Korean pavilion.
Xiamen Tea Fair
The fair will cover an area of 3.5 hectares with 1800 booths and five pavilions, including a tea enterprises pavilion, a tea package design pavilion, a tea set pavilion, a Taiwan pavilion and an international pavilion.
Beside Chinese brands, famous overseas exhibits will also star in the fair, such as black tea from India and Sri Lanka, silverware and pottery tea sets from South Korea, and high-end iron teapots from Japan.

The five-day fairs will be free to the public.
Xiamen Intl Buddhist Items & Crafts Fair will open between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm from Oct 15 – 18, and close at 4:00 pm on Oct 19.
Xiamen Tea Fair will be held from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Oct 15 – 18, and close at 4:00 pm on Oct 19.
