Short-term Students Visit Gulong Sauce Cultural Park in Xiamen

In order to enrich the life of short-term students, apart from learning Chinese in the classroom, students are arranged to take a visit to Gulong sauce cultural park, experiencing the long history of Chinese sauce culture.

Gulong sauce cultural park is invested by Gulong Food Co., Ltd.,open to the public in 2013. It has the largest traditional sauce brewing bleachery in Asia,which amounts to 50,000 square meter, wining Shanghai Great World Guinness record. Gulong is always adhered to the traditional process to produce the sauce and sauce cans.This brewing process represents more than three thousand years’ cultural history of Chinese sauce, included in “Intangible Cultural Heritage” project of Xiamen City.
