会议宗旨

随着中国经济的快速发展和国际地位的不断提高，全世界学习商务汉语的外国人日益增加，商务汉语本土教育、商务汉语教师培训、商务跨文化交际能力培养和商务汉语教材建设在当今经济全球化的时代显得尤为重要，但国际汉语教学界对商务汉语教学的研究和对商务汉语教材的研发都难以满足学习和教学的需求，加快商务汉语教学研究与教材建设日益显示出其迫切性。为此，美国波特兰州立大学孔子学院携手北京大学出版社举办首届“国际商务汉语教学、商务教材研发暨商务跨文化交际论坛”，旨在为来自世界各地的高等院校、社区学院以及孔子学院的参会人员搭建交流、探讨、沟通及合作的平台，进一步促进国际和本土商务汉语教学的进一步发展、提升商务汉语教材质量、提高商务跨文化交际水平，诚邀全世界志同道合者参加。

PURPOSE OF THE CONFERENCE

With the rapid development of China's economy and its rise of international status, an increasing number of foreigners are studying business Chinese. Therefore, business Chinese education, business Chinese teacher training, business cross-cultural communication and business Chinese teaching materials development are particularly important in today's economic globalization era. However, current research and associated teaching materials cannot meet the needs of academic teaching and learning, which indicates the urgency to speed up relevant teaching research and materials construction. Under such circumstances, the Confucius Institute at Portland State University, together with Peking University Press, will host the First Conference on International Business Chinese Teaching, Textbook Research & Development and Business Cross-Cultural Communication, with the aim of building a communication and cooperation platform for participants from universities, community colleges and Confucius institutes all around the world. We hope to further promote the development of international and domestic business Chinese teaching, improve the quality of business Chinese textbooks and the ability in business cross-cultural communication. With that, we sincerely invite and welcome all like-minded people to participate.

CONFERENCE THEMES 会议议题

The conference is to focus on international business Chinese teaching, textbooks development, cross cultural communication, which mainly includes but not limited to the following areas:

8）Case studies on the integration of business Chinese teaching and business Chinese proficiency tests;
